1. Our Marketplace is easy to use and has many features to provide listing success. We offer three (3) different listing types:

Auction Listings:

• Listing Cost: FREE

• Selling Format: Buyers compete by placing bids. The highest bid at auction close wins.

• Duration: 7 days

• Buyer Engagement: High – active bidding drives momentum and price.

• Proxy Bidding Accepted: Bids are automatically entered on behalf of the bidder for the lowest amount required to win the auction.

• Buyer’s Premium:  This Buyer's Premium fee (when set to 3%) will be charged to the buyer to cover the 3% Seller Final Fee from our Marketplace — making it completely free for you to sell!  You can set the Buyer's Premium to any amount you want.

• (Optional) Make Offer: Allow buyers to submit offers separate from and lower than the Buy Now price.

• (Optional) Buy Now Price: The set price at which you are willing to sell the item immediately.

• (Optional) Reserve Price: The minimum amount that you are willing to accept for the item.

• (Optional) Listing Upgrades: When creating your listing, we offer optional listing upgrades to help your listing stand out.

• Purchase Process: At the auction end, we connect the seller and buyer to complete the transaction.

• ⚠️ Auction listings must be exclusive. Remove your listing from other platforms and do not accept outside offers. Please do not include external website links in your listing, photos, videos, or attachments.

Fixed Price Listings:

• Listing Cost: FREE

• Format: Set your price. Buyers can purchase instantly — no bidding involved.

• Duration: 7, 14, or 30 days.

• Best For: More common items with a known value and quick-sale potential.

• Buyer Engagement: Moderate – simple, direct buying experience.

• Buyer’s Premium: This Buyer's Premium fee (when set to 3%) will be charged to the buyer to cover the 3% Seller Final Fee from our Marketplace — making it completely free for you to sell! You can set the Buyer's Premium to any amount you want.

• (Optional) Make Offer: Allow buyers to submit offers separate from and lower than the Buy Now price.

• (Optional) Listing Upgrades: When creating your listing, we offer optional listing upgrades to help your listing stand out.

• Purchase Process: Buyer clicks "Buy Now", and we connect the seller and buyer to complete the transaction.
   

Classifieds Listings:

• Price: FREE

• Classified listings format are currently used for our Local Gun Service Ads.

• Format: Buyers interact directly with the listing owner (seller) outside of the marketplace.

• Duration: 30 days

• (Optional) Price: The price is fixed, providing certainty for both buyer and seller.

• Buyer Engagement: Buyers can receive messages on the Marketplace or through their own 3rd party websites or contact methods.

• Transaction Process: All transactions are conducted outside of the marketplace.

2. Create Listing

A compelling listing leads to more listing activity and more profitable sales. Here’s how to maximize impact:

• Include detailed descriptions and relevant listing details.

• Upload high-quality photos from multiple angles.

• Add PDF documents and a YouTube video; both options add more credibility to your listing.

• If filming a video, use your phone in landscape mode for the best viewing experience.

• Be ready to respond quickly to buyer questions and requests.
   

3. Engage During the Sale

Engagement is crucial — especially for listing success. Responding to questions, sharing updates, and posting extra photos will build trust and increase bids, close more sales, or motivate buyers to reach out.

• Use the “Questions and Answers” and “Contact” features to interact with potential buyers.

• Promote your listing by sharing it on social media.
   

4. Finalize the Sale (Auction & Fixed Price)

Once the auction ends or a buyer clicks "Buy Now", we’ll connect you directly with the buyer. Both parties will receive each other’s contact information to coordinate payment, local pickup, or shipping.

🕒 Sellers are expected to complete transactions promptly after the listing ends.

✅ If the seller is unable to fulfill the item purchased, you will receive a full refund of the Sale Price and Buyer's Premium (if collected).
 

The following terms apply to our Marketplace fees:

• All seller listing upgrades are non-refundable.

• If a seller includes a return policy with their listing, it is the seller's responsibility to manage any refunds for payments made.  Our Marketplace Seller Final Fee on a listing with a return is non-refundable.

• If the seller is unable to fulfill the item purchased, they must issue a full refund of the Sale Price and Buyer's Premium (if collected). If a seller has paid our Seller Final Fee for the listing, we will refund it to you in this circumstance only.
